This was taken a blustery day in Oxford, just outside the door leading to the wonderful Vaults & Garden cafe which prides itself on using local, organic and ethically produced goods and ingredients to create healthy food with no artificial ingredients.
I enjoyed a huge bowl one of the best leek and potato soups I have ever eaten with artisan bread for under £5. But don't tell anyone - the place is popular enough as it is so would recommend avoiding peak hours of 12-2 if you can.
