Right. That's Halloween and Bonfire night out of the way and I'm afraid I'm calling open season on all things Christmassy. Every week I'll post details of something fun and Christmassy to do with ( or without) the family.

Visit 100 designer-makers and explore an extensive programme of live music, street theatre and family-friendly festivities along London’s new elevated linear park, The Tide on Saturday December 7th and Sunday December 8th.
There will be plenty of unique gift ideas from the brightest talents in fashion, design, homewares, food produce plus free and paid for workshops, seasonal entertainment and much more.
You will be welcomed by the enchanting Powerhouse Gospel Choir, as you stroll under an arch created by jewellery designers, Tatty Devine then snuggle up to roast marshmallows and chestnuts, whilst sipping mulled wine at the fire pits.
Oh it sounds blissful!
SAMPLE Christmas will be crammed with fun and games from curling, giant snow globes, disco bingo, name that tune and a lip sync competition, which should bring the riverfront to life.

There will be selection of live music and spoken word at the new eateries surrounding The Tide and an abundance of food and drink experiences including winner of BBC2's Great British Menu 2018 and renowned Chef James Cochran will be joining the event with a brand-new street food concept GOAT.
