Festive Cinema in the Snow Lineup

I'll confess. I am a real sucker for a Christmas themed film. During lockdown my two daughters joined me in a veritable movie marathon which included some classics, all of the Nativity films obvs and some real duds. You have to watch Dolly Parton's Christmas in the Square for the sheer awfulness factor.

I still think Elf is one of the best films ever made and now anyone in the London area has the chance to watch this classic and many others in a fabulous snow filled pop-up cinema/winter wonderland while sipping a festive mulled wine.

The pop up screenings from popupscreens.co.uk start at the venue in Brockwell Park on December 1 with Elf (of course) and run to December 19 where the season ends with showings of The Grinch, Miracle on 34th Street, Home Alone and .....Elf.

Other showings feature some other marvellous films including The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, Last Christmas,  Muppets Christmas Carol and Love Actually to name a few.
