Sometimes being a blogger is downright dull. Sifting through emails offering weird and not so wonderful collaborations, doing a job friends and family don't believe is real, HMRC fun, motivating yourself to work from home and juggling deadlines around real life. But sometimes you get invited to eat Belgian chocolate under the guise of work and it all becomes worthwhile.
This week I got to check out new ranges from top Belgian chocolatier Pierre Marcolini including an advent calendar no discerning chocolate fan should miss out on and a new product created in collaboration with Victoria Beckham- beautiful chocolate hearts in pink ombre shades.
Add in champagne and top notch canapés and a friendly welcome from Mr Marcolini himself and suddenly my job looked pretty much perfect.
Although I am not sure Mrs Beckham will scoff many of her own chocolates let me tell you, I did and they are delicious and beautifully packaged. Looking for a perfect "love you" or "sorry" gift? This is it.
